unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Health Disclaimer: The App may provide wellness or sleep-related information, but it is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for

diagnosis or treatment.

Privacy: Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Payments: Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are described in the App or purchase flow. Taxes may apply. You remain

responsible for applicable charges.

Availability & Changes: The App may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by region or device. We are not liable

for downtime.

Prohibited Conduct: No misuse, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the App, scraping, automated collection, or infringing

others’ rights.

Intellectual Property: The App and its content (excluding your submissions) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Trademarks

belong to their respective owners.
