Service
BookGPT is an AI-powered app that helps users explore books, characters, and in-character conversations, including generated portrait features.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use BookGPT on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
Subscription and Billing
BookGPT is a paid service.
Subscription options, billing period, total billed amount, trial terms (if offered), renewal terms, and restore are presented in-app.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Purchases and cancellations are managed through Apple account settings.
Access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

BookGPT provides AI-generated outputs that may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, fictional, or non-unique.
Outputs are provided for informational and creative use and are not professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating and using outputs appropriately.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
BookGPT software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain rights in content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.
You grant us a limited license to process submitted content for operating and improving the service.
You must not use BookGPT to intentionally reproduce copyrighted text, artwork, or other protected material in infringing ways.
Names, titles, and references to third-party works remain property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
BookGPT depends on third-party services including AI providers, platform billing, and infrastructure.
Service availability and behavior may be affected by third-party outages, policy changes, or restrictions.
