You retain all rights to any photos and edited images you create through Anime AI Filter. Anime AI Filter does not claim any ownership rights over the content you submit, edit, or export.
Anime AI Filter operates on a subscription basis, giving users access to premium features and enhanced functionality. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your app store account settings. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To provide photo editing and filtering services, Anime AI Filter may request permission to access your device’s camera and photo library. This access is solely for the purpose of enabling you to upload, edit, and save your photos within the app.
You agree that you will not use Anime AI Filter for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and that your use of the app will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and for safeguarding your device and login credentials.
Anime AI Filter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms of Use. However, we currently do not offer a formal appeals process or reactivation upon termination.
Anime AI Filter is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we make no warranties or representations about the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the app for any purpose.
In no event shall Anime AI Filter be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, damages to devices, or reliance on information provided by Anime AI Filter.
